1. Google account details. When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and name.
2. Photos you upload. The photo you provide so we can make your video, including the face, body or pet shown in it.
3. Generated videos. The videos we make for you, with details such as the length you chose, the task status and when it was made.
4. Payment records. The pack you bought, the amount and the payment status. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
5. Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, such as which pages are visited and from what kind of device.
6. First-visit source. A cookie that records how you first arrived at the site, for example the website or link you came from.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to make the videos you request, run your account and credits, process payments, answer support requests and prevent fraud and abuse. Your uploaded photo is used only to make the video you asked for. We do not sell your photos, your videos or your personal data, and we do not use your photos to train AI models.

Who Processes Your Data

• Storage: uploaded photos and generated videos are stored on Cloudflare R2, our own storage.
• AI video generation: a third-party AI video provider receives your photo and the written description of the scene (the prompt) in order to render your video.
• Payments: Stripe handles checkout and card details.
• Sign-in: Google handles sign-in.
• Analytics: Google Analytics.

These providers receive only what they need to perform their service for us.

Keeping and Deleting Your Data

Your photos and videos are kept so you can view and download your videos from your account. You can ask us to delete your photos, your videos or your account data at any time by emailing [email protected]. Payment records may need to be kept where the law requires it.

Cookies

We use cookies that are needed to keep you signed in and to run the site, a cookie that records your first-visit source, and Google Analytics cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; if you block the essential ones, you won't be able to sign in.

Age Requirement

Dime Dime Baby AI is only for people 18 or older. Do not use the site if you are under 18, and never upload photos of children.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect your data, but no online service can guarantee complete security.
