These Terms of Service govern your use of Dime Dime Baby AI at https://dimedimebabyvideo.com/. By using the service, you agree to them.

The Service

Dime Dime Baby AI turns one photo into a short AI video of the "dime dime baby" party scene, with the original song. Dime Dime Baby AI is an independent fan tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Eve Ramírez, KAROL G, Judeline, rusowsky, their labels, TikTok or ByteDance.

Who Can Use It

You must be 18 or older to use Dime Dime Baby AI. You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for everything done with your account.

What You May Upload

Only upload photos that you own or have permission to use. Every person in a photo must be 18 or older and must have agreed to be put in a video; you may also upload a photo of your own pet. You must not upload photos of:

• children or anyone under 18;
• celebrities, politicians or other public figures;
• nudity or sexual content.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Dime Dime Baby AI to:

• create hateful, harassing or abusive content;
• make deceptive deepfakes, impersonate anyone or pass off a video as real footage of a person;
• infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights;
• attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

When you post a video made with Dime Dime Baby AI, label it as AI-generated (on TikTok, turn on the AI-generated content label).

We may block generations, remove content or suspend accounts that abuse the service or break these Terms.

Credits and Packs

Videos are paid for with credits: 6 credits for a 6-second video, 13 for 10 seconds and 20 for 15 seconds. Credits come from daily check-ins and from packs. Packs are one-time payments in US dollars, processed by Stripe, and their credits never expire. Purchases are non-refundable once the credits have been used. If a render fails, it is retried once for free, and if it fails again, the credits are returned to your account automatically. For any billing problem, contact [email protected].

The Song, the Original Clip and Your Videos

The song "BbY WOW" and the original dime dime baby clip belong to their rights holders. The videos you make are for personal, non-commercial posts on social media; you may not sell them or use them in advertising or other commercial work. You keep whatever rights you have in the photos you upload and give us a limited permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you.

AI Results

AI results vary. We do not guarantee that a video will look like the person or pet in the photo, or that it will show an exact scene or background. Review your video before you share it.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using Dime Dime Baby AI after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
